Well... I got VMWare Converter, I managed to get QEMU for Windows
(http://www1.interq.or.jp/~t-takeda/qemu/qemu-0.9.0-windows.zip) and I hope it's
the right one... now, where do I get vditool??? And, how should I proceed to get
a compacted image then?

Will be taking a look when I'll be getting my hands back on Linux...
