Hello Guido,

VBOX_CDROM=/dev/cdrom0 is an environment variable you need to set.  You 
could for example start VirtualBox from the command line with the 
command (type it exactly as is)

$ VBOX_CDROM=/dev/cdrom0 VirtualBox
