Hi everybody! Please excuse my bad english!
I have a real problem. I used this great programm for my daily work, and stored very important data in a WinXP maschine. During the time I tried to create a Snapshot - and obviously i was working with it the whole time. Like everytime I'm working with important data I made a Backup von all VB files including snapshots, and everything. Then I tried to discard the snapshot just to have not two .vdi files. That was a mistake - after this the mashine won't start and I wanted to restore it with my backup. But the backup won't work to - XP seems to start, but when I try to use it hangs. After hours I know why: I did a backup to a FAT32 partition, and the filesystem cut my .vdi after more than 4GB: I remember that the .vdi wasn't more than 4,3GB so 300MB left. Now I wanne try to restore as much as possible data - so do you have some tips? Maybe a to to browse .vdi content? To extract data from it? I hope my english not so bad that nobody understands me ;-) If you have questions... Thanks a lot!
