Running 1.4 on Ubuntu Linux host, XPsp2 guest. Disabling and then
re-enabling the adapter causes 100% cpu utilization and the guest will
not respond to anything. Have to kill it and restart vbox modules via
/etc/init.d scripts to get networking back.

Need to do this any time my host drops off the network (move coffee
shops, etc) and I have to renew my IP on my host.

Is there another way to tell virtualbox to refresh DHCP/etc?

Thanks,
Dustin
