Newbie here. I'm running a win2000 guest in a fedora fc7 x86_64 host. If the host firewall is stopped then the win2000 guest can mount shares from a samba server on my lan, but if the host firewall is running the shares don't appear.
I did allow samba in the system-config-securitylevel, so I see: 11 ACCEPT udp -- 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 state NEW udp dpt:138 12 ACCEPT tcp -- 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 state NEW tcp dpt:139 13 ACCEPT tcp -- 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 state NEW tcp dpt:445 I'm using NAT for the virtualbox.
