I stand to be corrected, but keep in mind that not everything that
runs natively, will also run virtually. In the case of something like
autocad, I believe that would require direct access to the video
hardware, and that's not possible in a vm. While the innotek video
adapter is fine for everyday use, I don't think it will be able to handle
video-heavy stuff like autocad, simply because it isn't a physical
video card.
