Hello Susan, This is a known problem in VirtualBox 1.5.0, which will be fixed when 1.5.2 is released in a few days time. It is often triggered when the Microsoft Office clipboard manager (in the guest OS) interferes with ours, which can be worked around if necessary by temporarily disabling the Office clipboard. If you can wait for the few days though, you are probably better just upgrading to 1.5.2.
