If I remember correctly, the Debian guys depend on a package with the kernel module sources and you have to compile the kernel module for your kernel yourself (the package name is most likely virtualbox-ose-source). Install that package and read /usr/share/doc/virtualbox-ose-source/* to find instructions how to compile a kernel module. > PS: (only to Frank) I blind carbon copy this email to you.
