I'm trying to get my XP VM to see the USB drive, but got this error.
Since my network connection doesn't work, this is the only other way
to get files into the VM
Failed to create a proxy device for the USB device. (Error:
VERR_GENERAL_FAILURE).

E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Does anyone know what caused this problem?
The Host os (also XP pro) sees the USB drive just fine
I'm running VB 1.5.4, but the VM was created with VB 1.3.8
