The interesting questions are:
- How big are the .vdi files on your host?
-- Both are dynamic with a max size of 100GB. The actual file
sized currently on the Ubuntu Ext3 file system is about 17GB for on and
about 12 GB for the other.
- Which VBox version are you using?
--The latest 1.5.6
- Perhaps could you post the output of 'dumpe2fs -h' of the partition
where the .vdi files are stored on the host?
--will do so when I get home and have access to my machine.
- Please could you make the VBox.log files available somewhere? -- Posted as
part of a bug report.
I would prefer if you could open a bug report at www.virtualbox.org and
add all relevant information there. Make sure that you attach the VBox.log
file (don _not_ copy'n'paste). -- bug report #1434
