But then I read on the site that "you might want to discuss it on the maling lists before creating a ticket." Basically, I can't modify or overwrite any files in the shared folders. I can copy and delete though without any problem. I'm running version 1.5.6 on Vista Ultimate. And it's only a problem with Ubuntu 8.04 guest. I've also tried with RHEL and Fedora. No problems. I have full read/write access. Is this a known issue? I'm a newbie so I may have done something wrong or there may be a workaround that I'm not aware of. Could someone please advise? Thanks, -Aylwin-
