Please note, that Windows services can make troubles when starting or 
handling programs that actually use desktop interaction. A simple

"vboxmanage startvm <VM>" in the HKLM or 
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run registry

should do the job.
