Hello Michael, VirtualBox works both ways as is now. What I wrote on my previous e-mail, for the benefit of others, is how to get clipboard sharing working.
All that is needed is: when using xterms make sure "Select to Clipboard" is enabled. Then, highlighting on the linux guest followed by ctrl+v on the windows OS host works. Also, ctrl+c on windows OS followed by middle button click on the linux guest works.
