You may have better luck with the non-OSE edition from virtualbox.org.

Of course I've been using VirtualBox on openSUSE AMD64 and Windows Vista
(mixed reviews), and for some reason, the new 1.6.0 doesn't work with AMD-V,
but 1.5.6 does. *shrug*

Maybe that's the advantages of using a real Linux distro.
