The answer to that question suggests installing the guest
additions. This still wouldn't help in this case, because the vbox
graphics card doesn't have 3d support, so things like
games/autocad/other 3d software still wouldn't work inside of vbox. As
for the original poster's question asking what to do about it, the only
answer I can think of is to install windows on a physical box.
