I've already installed Windows XP 32 bit version as guest OS on RHEL 5 64
bit OS.

The processor is Intel EM64T, 3 GHz HT(HyperThreading).
The /proc/cpuinfo shows 2 cores.
Is it possible to upgrade the BIOS?
