As every normal user space application, VirtualBox does not change the clock of the host. Instead it reads the host's clock once during startup and provides this time through the virtual real-time clock. The guest can change this clock and the changed time is valid as long as the guest is running. Kind regards, Frank -- Dr.-Ing. Frank Mehnert Sun Microsystems http://www.sun.com/
