Works fine here with an up-to-date FC9 with the very same package.
Please check which version of Qt4 is installed on you system:

  rpm -q qt.x86_64

The current version is 4.4.3-1.fc9. I assume Qt4 is installed on your
system but perhaps an older version. In that case, update your FC9
installation and try to start VirtualBox again.
