The email server that sends out the confirmation messages you have to reply to to complete the forum registration is misconfigured in such a way that common sendmail anti-spam measures will reject any mails from that server. The outgoing email server 88.79.199.2 identifies itself as fire.innotek.de, however, this name does not have an entry in the DNS:
