Have look in the opensuse repo:
http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/openSUSE_Factory/src/
http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/openSUSE_Factory/i586/
There you'll find headers and sources. Since this build change often, you 
won't find the exact build you have, but they are close enough. Or you can 
update your kernel again to be sure everything match.
If you use HEAD kernels, it is advisable to download sources when you update 
your kernel.
