Please check if http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/2.1.0/VirtualBox-2.1.0_41146_openSUSE111-1.i586.rpm and/or http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/2.1.0/VirtualBox-2.1.0_41146_openSUSE111-1.x86_64.rpm work for you, that is, if they install fine.
