Hello Frank !

Maybe it would be more transparent to do it differently GUI-wise - I
mean put the 64-bit guest option near the PAE/NX and ACPI settings -
and make it available _only_ if hardware supports it, otherwise that
checkbox must be grayed.

It will solve a lot of confusion on the user's end.
