mine is grayed out too when I "Enable USB Controller" set but not "Enable USB
2.0 (UHCI) Controller"
When I start my win2003 guest(WinXP host), it shows me this info: "No USB
Device attached", and the host USB device could not be recognized too, but it
can before.
