Yes, I realise that, it's what I meant by "I suppose it's OK if they
fulfil all the Copyleft requirements".  What worries me more is the
apparent total lack of ackonowledgement of where the software comes
from.

I see the Sun logo on the corner of the box.  And the Sun "S".
But do the colors meet Sun branding?
