Hi everbody, running VB 2.2.2 on OSX 10.5, Guest is Windows XP SP3. Network card is Intel 1000 Desktop, configured with NAT.
I have two shared folders for this VM, both mapped to drive X: and Z: repsectively, and experience a strange phenomenon. Opening Z: in the Explorer, and dragging a file to the desktop (with right mouse button), the menu appears instantly (copy, link, move, ...). When doing the exact thing with X:, the explorer (and the "desktop") freeze for some time (1min?), and then the menu appears. During this time the desktop background is not refreshed (moving a window keeps the window at the old place additionally), and the explorer is frozen. Strange that it only happens with one of the two shared folders. Anyone else having this? I tried to look for somehting like this on the list, but apparently had the wrong keywords...
