Hi Steve,
Which interface do you attach bridge to: wired or wireless? What type
of network adapter do you use in VMs? What are MTU sizes in both host
and guest? You can also do packet trace (VBoxManage modifyvm <vm_name>
-nictrace1 on -nictracefile1 <capture_file>, replace 1 with actual
number of adapter if your VMs have many) to check if the packets
actually get through to VM.

Please remember that an email is just like a postcard; it is not

private and secret is not realistic. Please hold no higher
expectation of email.
If you need to send confidential information in an email you need to
use encryption. PGP is Pretty good for this.
