On a german keyboard, the keys that are switched are the "<" which is
located right of the left SHIFT-key and the ^ which is above the
TAB-key. I think you are talking about them, right?

This is a problem with the apple keyboard, no matter if you use a VM or
install linux/windows "natively". No distro I have tried this far had
the correct layout.

If somebody has a solution I would be interested, too...
