Hi Since this version 3.0.0 of VBox it asks for a Sun Connection account login to register and run the virtual box. I already have an account from long time before but do not remember the password. Entered sun.com to recover my account but the link "Reset password" service IS NOT WORKING, note that the "Get User Name" IS WORKING as it retrieves my username as soon as I click the request button, but the reset password does not send nothing although the system says
"Your request has been received and the results sent to your email address. If you have additional questions, please contact us at [email protected]"... I've sent many requests within the last days and don't get a reset link nor error message. I've sent a mail to [email protected] but don't get response neither. Anybody knows what is going on with the accounts service? I had to create a new temporal account to be able to run the VBOX but need to recover my original account since it has associated other Sun.com services that require login, please somebody help me if you know what to do.
