For me: Guest startup (linux host/win2KPro guest) after update to 3.0.2 (including updated 3.0.2 guest additions) takes a *very* long time (about 4-5x of 3.0) w/processor at 95% (2.4Ghz/768Mb machine). CPU eventually settles down to reasonable, but the initial CPU usage is somewhat alarming.
