Yea, I really want this to be something inside Virtualbox. Any chance there will be a feature like this in the future you guys think?

Considering the mailing list I get the he is asking if you can limit it IN VBox.
On the host OS there are a number of ways of doing something like
this, like setting processor afinity and niceness.
But, for what I know, you can't do something like: Such VM will use at
most 800Mhz of the processor, like you can do in VMWare ESX.
