You probably have that iso mounted in some snapshot of a VM you have.
(take a look at diskmanager window, at the bottom it should say:
mounted on ...).

The best way to clean this is to open the xml file of the
virtualmachine that the disk is still attached to and erase the
reference to the disk that you want to remove.
