Such a repository is now available for openSUSE/Fedora/RHEL, please
have a look at

  http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads

I just changed the layout of the RHEL/Fedora repository to keep the
32-bit version and the 64-bit version separate. Otherwise on x86_64
hosts, yum tries to install the 32-bit Version of VirtualBox which
wouldn't work. So if you already downloaded virtualbox.repo for
RHEL/CentOS or Fedora then you should update that file.
