Hallo,
what is the right way to organize the VM's in the directories of the host?

Until now I use VMWare (I want to migrate to VirtualBox) and I have for
every VM an own directory containing the config file and the hd file.

For some OS's I have one template VM which I duplicate its directory and
rename it to and after starting the duplicated VM I renamed the computer
name of the VM.

When I want to create a new VM with VirtualBox it standard place for a new
HD is the directory $VM/HardDisks.
Is it not better to put the config file and the hd file in one directory to
keep them together?

Ciao
  Peter Schütt
