Dear Virtualbox software Team I'm UNABLE to install Virtualbox (default installation) under Windows Host: Vista SP2 x64 & Win7 SP0 x64 RTM.
Both O/S display instant BSOD -->[yk62x64l.sys] once it gets to the network driver install (Virtualbox Miniport Drv) pointing to the Marvell Dual 88E8056 LACP-TEAM-802.3ad setup that I have on both systems - please see below. I have also had this problem confirmed by Marvell Technical Support as they can replicate the same BSOD error? Marvell have also confirmed that their VMware software does not display any such installation problems with same Dual Marvell 88E8056 LACP-TEAM hardware! I can also confirm to you that MS VPC2007-SP1 installs without problem on same Dual Marvell 88E8056 LACP-TEAM hardware! I can by the way install Virtualbox without networking support but as I need the Virtualbox Bridged Network this is not an option to take. I would welcome your comments and observations as a matter of urgency as I cannot proceed now to my new Win7x64 systems until this matter is addressed having now fully committed to the use of Virtualbox, experiencing little hassle over the past eighteen months or so until now that is!!!
