[vbox-users] .toast -> .iso for use with VirtualBox

I have a couple of older operating system images that I would like to 
use in VirtualBox.  The images are archived as .toast images, vs a 
standard .iso file type.

Does anyone have a utility to convert .toast files to .iso for use with 
VirtualBox?
