I definitely stand to be corrected, but from the bit I think I know,
you should be able to run a 64-bit guest on a 32-bit host, provided
the hardware itself is 64-bit, and has hardware virtualization. I
don't know if this describes your hardware, but I thought I'd mention
it just in case. HTH.
