just a BAD hack - like most things on M$ win .... but if it's always the same and you only want to trigger the start manually at a special time, the you could define a scheduled task which e.g. runs every minute and just exits if a well-known file is not there. By this, you could trigger the start by creating that well-known file from outside e.g. with `smbclient` or within a shared folder ...
