I'm running VB 3.1.2 on OS X Snow Leopard. I want to access my OS X Apache server from a Windows XP guest when I'm not connected to any network (LAN or internet), ie. without using any physical interfaces. Is that possible? I looked into host-only networking but I can't see anything other than the physical interfaces in System Preferences > Network. There's a Host-only Adapter listed in the VB settings as 'vboxnet0' which I've chosen and the XP interface has obtained an IP address via DHCP but as there's no Default Gateway listed so I can't fathom how OS X can connect.
