Hi,
reading the manual tells me that each new virtualdomain sets a password for
the postmaster with this account you can login and add popaccounts, mailing
lists, etc. You'd have to install qmailadmin of course :-)

P.S. there is no sense in giving each user the ability to add delete or
modify popaccounts - one admin - one password - one person who knows what he
is doing ;-)
