Problem with vpopmail simple filter

Hi, 
I'm not very well english, understand me ^^ 

I want to mail filterling 

Exampily.... 

If 'From' header include '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' String 
then this message is send to TEST local folder. 

I'm compiled with --enable-deliver-filter=y option 

and I touched .vpopfilter file in virtualUser's home directory.

What is problem?
