I think the problem you are having is that the 'qmail' daemon that is supposed to 
deliver the mail does not have write access in the directory where the mail is 
supposed to be delivered.
I resolved this problem by adding the primary domain as virtual domain. After that 
everything worked fine.
The other solution is to change UID/GUI to root... Not a very good one IMHO.
