necessary swith for support courier imapd

hm.. maybe It is necessary support courier imapd folder structure supporting switch 
option...

for example...

--with-courier-imapd-style

then... automatically make ".Sent", ".Draft", ".Trash" Maildir folder. in virtual 
users's home...

hm. it's simple but .. maybe neccessary thing... 

^^; sure courier imapd automatically make ".Trash" directory .. but must login with 
imapd4 porotocol...
