Try the updated version of that document at

It's got a whole bunch more FreeBSD specific stuff, and it's continually
updated as I make improvements to my mail system. Someday when I get all my
custom scripts finished up that automagically process all the log files,
report the message/connection stats via snmp polls, graph system load, disk
usages, yadda, yadda.
