simple question that has me stumped!

running qmail and vpopmail-4.8.7 on a RH 6.2 box.  

I send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and get a bounce, the VP does the 
same thing and gets no bounced message.

.qmail-default for the domain informs.com says :

| /home/vpopmail/bin/vdelivermail  ' ' bounce-no-mailbox |

any ideas?
