chaning user password

 Hi folks,

 I installed the vpopmail+sqwebmail+qmailadmin
 My user could change their password from SqWebmail.
 But Administrator of domain cannot change the users password
 not only from console with vpasswd but also qmailadmin.
 Qmailadmin says the password is changed succesfully but it dont work.
 vpasswd command dont produce any error from console
 I dont know whats going wrong :-(
 Any suggestion or help.
