Everything under the vpopmail home directory should be owned
by vpopmail uid and vchkpw gid. 

If the rpm uses the fixed 521 uid, then it should have also
added a vpopmail user with 521 as the gid. 

Whoever made the rpm might want to look at the freeBSD
port of vpopmail. The freeBSD folks assigned a uid and
gid to be used by vpopmail. I would suggest using thier
uid/gid in the rpm.
