No, panmatrix.net is not in the locals file. Should it be? I've got two other boxes
running the same configuration for over 2 years and the only name in there is the
machine name.
I added panmatrix to the locals file, stopped and then started qmail, and it didn't
appear to make any difference. I've taken it back out so I don't screw up all kinds
of other stuff while trying to fix this. While in, I mailed the account. This is
what the /var/log/maillog looks like:

And yes, I've HUP'd, and totally restarted qmail (even the whole box) several times
while trying to solve this.
Does this shed any light on the problem? Maybe help to narrow it down?
