Meaning using outlook,etc to get your email.
Most of the time it works but likes to go down now and then.
Like now.
But never stops working in webmail.
How do you determine whether vchkpw is authenticating properly?

Please be more specific. What does "try and get your email from outside"
mean? What generates the error above?
You need to determine whether vchkpw is authenticating properly. If so,
then you should ask the SqWebmail list for assistance with SqWebmail.
