Sounds like the contents of your .qmail-default file might be wrong, and
it's not getting piped into vdelivermail. Does it have something like this
in it?:
| /home/vpopmail/bin/vdelivermail '' bounce-no-mailbox
If it does, then it sounds like vdelivermail is not locating the users'
mailboxes.
