Please change the entry in the Install Guide

--enable-hardquota=#|n Set and Enable hard quota or n for no quota

Set's the default hard quota limit for each pop account. The default is 50 megs.
Any
incoming mail which would take the user over their hard quota limit is bounced
with a
message. This message can be customized.

ADD THIS

The value is in bytes, so the default value would be equivalent
     to --enable-hardquota=50000000.

END ADD

If you wish to turn off quotas set this option to NOQUOTA, i.e.
     --enable-hardquota=NOQUOTA

Also, could you clarify if I can give an individual user a quota larger
than the default.

Finally, a note in INSTALL that you can get a list of ./configure
options at: http://www.inter7.com/vpopmail/vpopmail.html, or from the
vpopmail.html file in doc/doc_html directory would be nice.

Not a big deal, but having that info easily available would have saved
me a half hour or so today...
